Who we are

This website and the works sold on it are operated by Bruno Spadoni Photography ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@brunospadoniphotography.com.

Products

Open Edition works are fine-art giclée prints produced to order on Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper. Prints are sold unframed unless stated otherwise. Slight variations in colour between screen and paper are inherent to fine-art printing and are not defects.

Prices & payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include worldwide shipping. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed by e-mail once payment succeeds.

Shipping, returns & cancellations

Delivery times and destinations are described in our Shipping policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Copyright

All photographs, images and texts on this site are the intellectual property of the artist and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of the physical print for personal display; it does not transfer any reproduction, distribution or commercial rights to the underlying image.

Open Edition

Open Edition prints are produced without a fixed edition limit and are not individually numbered or signed. They are distinct from the artist's Limited Edition collection.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Your statutory rights

These terms do not affect the mandatory consumer rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence, including UK and EU consumer protection and distance-selling rules.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
