Damage & defect guarantee

If your print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you — no need to send anything back. Just e-mail contact@brunospadoniphotography.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and a new print goes into production. If you prefer, we will issue a full refund instead.

14-day returns

Changed your mind? You may return any Open Edition print within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. To qualify, the print must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your cost. This right applies in addition to any statutory rights you have under the consumer laws of your country of residence (including the UK and EU rules on distance selling).

How to start a return

• E-mail contact@brunospadoniphotography.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
• Once the print arrives back in original condition, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Each print is made to order. If you need to cancel, e-mail us as soon as possible — orders cancelled before production starts (normally within a few hours of purchase) receive an immediate full refund.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued by Stripe to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the amount appears on your statement within 5–10 business days.
