Our guarantee: damage & defects

If your print arrives damaged, or with a printing defect of any kind, we will replace it at no cost to you — no need to send anything back. E-mail contact@brunospadoniphotography.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and a new print goes into production right away. If you would rather not wait for a replacement, we will issue a full refund instead. This is our promise on every print we make.

Made to order — why we don't accept returns

Nothing here is taken off a shelf. Each Open Edition print is produced individually for your order: printed on demand at a fine-art lab, on Hahnemühle Photo Rag, in the exact size you choose. There is no stock, and a print made to your specifications cannot be sold to anyone else.

For that reason we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and the statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications. We say this plainly, and before you pay, so that the decision to bring a work home is made with care — the same care with which it will be printed for you.

If you are unsure about a size, a proportion or how a work will sit in your space, write to us before ordering. We are glad to help you choose well.

Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after payment, an order can only be cancelled before the print enters production. If you need to cancel, e-mail us immediately with your order number; if production has not yet started, you will receive an immediate full refund.

Refund processing

Any refund under this policy is issued by Stripe to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the amount appears on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect the mandatory consumer rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence, including your rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
